INsights: Advancing People of Color to Leadership Positions in Nonprofits

Join us for the follow up to our inaugural INsights event, where we shed light on contemporary issues in the nonprofit sector. This installment of the program will explore advancing People of Color in Nonprofit Leadership.

Program from 5:30 – 7:00pm
Networking, appetizers and bar, tours from 7:00 – 8:00pm
The format will be small group, maximum of 144 people for the entire event, and facilitated by Filament. Upon registering, you will receive a briefing paper to act as a primer and catalyst. Each small group will discuss a particular aspect of the issue, then bring that discussion back to the wider group.
Participants will leave the event with data for an informed understanding of the issue, aware of current strategies and resources, and motivated to take concrete steps with the Center for Human Service Leadership at Delmar DivINe prepared to provide assistance.
Arrival and Parking Info: Guest Parking is available on the Belt Ave. parking lot, directly across the street from our Main Entrance also located on Belt Ave. There is also street parking on the right hand side of Belt. Ave and Enright Ave. Visitors should enter the Delmar DivINe via our main entrance. There is a blue banner flag outside to designate the appropriate entrance.
