Are conference rooms and meeting spaces available for organizations outside of Delmar DivINe to rent?

Yes, conference rooms are available for rent. Please complete this form to request space for a meeting or event at Delmar DivINe.

 

Where can I park at Delmar DivINe?

Visitor parking is available in the lot across from the main entrance on Belt Avenue, off of Delmar Blvd. View the parking map. Street parking is also available on Belt and Enright Avenue.

What interaction does Delmar DivINe have with the community of North City? 

Our efforts are based out of a 7,130 sq. ft community multipurpose room on the main floor of our complex. Through engagement and relationships established with West End neighbors and community stakeholders, came to life the Wisdom Cafe, Delmar DivINe’s signature program, providing a variety of enrichment programs for adults 50 and older. Beyond the multipurpose room, we are collaborating with Ameren’s Neighborhood Solar Program with our solar panel array covering the Belt Avenue parking lot. We are proud to say that the West End will be home to clean, renewable energy. Learn more here.

 

In addition, the Enright Substation was completed by Ameren in April 2026. This modern infrastructure was designed to foster growth, recovery and greater reliability in the West End and North St. Louis. Read St. Louis American’s feature and Fox 2 Now’s coverage.

Delmar DivINe Tenants

The Delmar DivINe Community

Building community is ultimately what Delmar DivINe is all about. This work takes two forms.

We are a community of 40+ nonprofit and six for-profit organizations, all with access to over 18,000 square feet of shared space encouraging collaboration, through conference rooms, meeting spaces, a podcast studio, a fitness center, and an auditorium. Bolstered by capacity building training from Washington University and concierge services that help with day-to-day problem solving, the agencies are able to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.

We also serve the West End community in which Delmar DivINe resides, as well as working to bring INvestment, INnovation, and INclusion to all of North City. Neighborhood groups are invited to utilize space at Delmar DivINe, featuring state-of-the-art information technology and internet, for community meetings.
