Washington University, the Brown School, and the Center for Human Service Leadership are partners in Delmar DivINe. The Center’s vision is supporting Delmar DivINe and the vibrant, collaborative, innovative community of organizations that deliver effective, efficient, ethical, transformative services to clients, customers and neighbors. In pursuit of that vision, the Center provides on-site organizational capacity-building services to improve the leadership and management abilities of our tenants – their leadership and employees.
Our Mission:
Creating and sustaining an equitable community space to build organizational capacity though leadership and management services to the Delmar DivINe tenants and larger St. Louis community.
Operationalized Through:
- Animation: The Center organizes a variety of educational programs, social and on-boarding activities to connect tenants, facilitates relationships, stimulates collaboration, enhances employee morale and builds a distinctive Delmar DivINe community culture that centers diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Concierge Information & Referral Services: The team curates & disseminates professional development opportunities and information to tenants, acting as an extension of the tenant’s management.
- Professional Development and Executive Education: The Center designs, plans and implements a variety of both informal and formal educational and training programs designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of organizational leaders, staff, board members and volunteers.
